Health and Safety Administrator6-month contract DublinOur Dublin-based Biopharmaceutical Training and Research client is looking for a Health and Safety Administrator to join their organisation, to support the Health and Safety Department in completing some important projects for the institute and its employees.Key Responsibilities:General Administration duties:Provide daily support to staff, managing the Health and Safety inbox and responding to employee queries and requests for support in a timely manner.Manage the EHS department's filing and record keeping, following up on outstanding documentation for completion.Support internal and external EHS audits and reporting.Support the Lab Points of Contact with risk assessments ensuring that they are signed and uploaded to the H&S SharePoint page in a timely manner.Health & Safety documentation project:Reformat, rename and organise all existing H&S documentation and file it in the H&S filing structure and upload to SharePoint where appropriate.Create a list of missing documentation and, where possible, gather this from existing sources and file accordingly.Create a filing structure and associated SOP for individual labs that ensures they are fully equipped to easily maintain legally compliant documents and records for their teams.Requirements:Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.Understanding of Health and Safety legislationProficient in the use of MS word/excel/power point/MS Teams, SharePoint platformsHighly organised individual with the ability to work on own initiative.Excellent attention to detail.
