This role can be based in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington or Christchurch, offering flexibility and balance.In this role, you’ll help shape and strengthen our Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) culture by providing trusted advice, mentoring, and practical support across the business. As part of our HSE Team, you’ll work closely with people at all levels, building strong partnerships to deliver the goals of the WSP strategic plan and support a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace.We’re proud of our collaborative, inclusive culture, where people are supported to do their best work and where work–life balance is genuinely valued.About YouQualification in Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent.Preferably minimum of ten (10) years’ professional HSE experience. Lead ICAM Investigator as well as Lead Auditor certification.Contractor management experience.Project physical works operational and HSE experience in the field.
