You’ll work side-by-side with frontline management teams to coach, develop, and support them in meeting health and safety goals. What Will You Do?oversee governance requirements, including conducting and reporting due diligence activitiessupport the execution of BlueScope’s Health, Safety and Environment plancoach leaders to understand their risk profile and critical controls, helping themachieve higher standards of risk managementdeliver practical, forward-thinking HSE advice that promotes continual improvement and genuine engagementlead serious incident investigations, driving participation to understand how work is done and develop fit-for-purpose solutionsMore About YouYou’ll thrive in this role if you can connect with people, spark new ideas, and influence change.
