Bitdeer also offers advanced cloud capabilities to customers with a high demand for artificial intelligence.Headquartered in Singapore, Bitdeer operates globally with a diversified 3 GW energy portfolio, and deploys Bitcoin mining and HPC datacenters in the United States, Bhutan, Norway, Canada, Malaysia, and Ethiopia.What You Will Be Responsible ForDevelop, implement and maintain Health, Safety, Security & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and documentation in compliance with company standards and local regulations.Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits and risk assessments, provide on-site supervision and guidance, and ensure timely follow-up and closure of findings. Promote HSE awareness through training, and safety communications to employees and contractors.Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE requirements, and initiate corrective and preventive actions where non-compliance is identified.Participate in incident, accident and near-miss investigations, identify root causes and recommend improvement measures.Identify, track and manage potential and hidden safety hazards, ensuring timely rectification.Support emergency preparedness and response activities, including drills and incident coordination.Liaise with internal departments, contractors and relevant stakeholders on HSE matters.Perform other duties as assigned.How You Will Stand OutDiploma or above in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science or related fields.1–3 years of experience in HSE / site safety, preferably in industrial, construction, energy or data center environments.Basic knowledge of safety inspection, risk assessment and incident reporting.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Good communication skills and ability to work with multicultural teams.Proficient in spoken and written English.Willing and able to work site-based and on shift / night shift if required.What You Will Experience Working With UsA culture that values authenticity and diversity of thoughts and backgrounds;An inclusive and respectable environment with open workspaces and exciting start-up spirit;Fast-growing company with the chance to network with industrial pioneers and enthusiasts;Ability to contribute directly and make an impact on the future of the digital asset industry;Involvement in new projects, developing processes/systems;Personal accountability, autonomy, fast growth, and learning opportunities;Attractive welfare benefits and developmental opportunities such as training and mentoring.Good To KnowWork Environment and Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may sometimes be exposed to heat, noise, and vibrations. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The exposure will not be constant but could occupy a large amount of a person’s time during the day while on-site. Safety & Noise reduction equipment will be provided by the company.
