Job Description
Develop, implement, and monitor workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.Provide safety training and induction to employees .Maintain up-to-date records of safety audits, incidents, and corrective actions.Ensure all fire-fighting equipment, PPE, and emergency exits are in place and functional.Promote safety awareness and enforce adherence to safety rules and best practices.Electrical & Technical Duties:Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machines, and installations.Troubleshoot and fix electrical faults in equipment and factory utilities.Ensure safe installation and connection of electrical components in compliance with safety standards.Support the maintenance team in ensuring continuous and safe power supply.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (NEBOSH, OSH, or equivalent) is an added advantage.Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an industrial environment.Strong understanding of electrical safety and preventive maintenance practices.
