Kendinizi veya ekiplerimizi yönetmek için gerekli niteliklere ve motivasyona sahipseniz, becerilerinizi kullanmaya ve sizi bir sonraki seviyeye taşımaya hazır rollerimiz var.İş AçıklamasıQUALIFICATIONS University degree from relevant faculties3+ years of experienceB Class Occupational Safety Specialist CertificateAdvanced language skills in English No travel restrictionsB -Class driving license and driving experienceAdvanced skills in MS-Office tools Team worker and strong in interpersonal relationshipsExcellent presentation and communication skillsJob DescriptionThe Health and Safety Specialist is responsible for promoting wellness and maintaining a safe work environment to ensure the health and safety of all UPS employees within the business unit.He/She assists in ensuring local regulatory and UPS policy compliance, execution of business unit strategies, tactics, and improvement initiatives to prevent injuries & auto crashes, and mitigate risk.This position also follows up professional, regulatory, and community organizations to provide a safe work environment, and to strengthen UPS’s standing in the communities that are served.Job DutiesMaintains Safety CultureAssists in the development and execution of the business unit-wide Health and Safety Action Plan to maintain a safe work environment.Initiates safety recognition programs to foster a safe working environment and employee engagement.Analyzes frequency, historical auto crash/ injury data, web-based safety to identify trends and most help needed areas.Conducts Safety Training and CertificationRuns reports/queries to assess training needs and gaps.Conducts safety training and certifications to ensure compliance and consistency.Conducts on-area observations and trainings to mitigate risk.Responds to Health and Safety RequestsInvestigates concerns and advises safety committee members on appropriate course of action to ensure customer requests / concerns are resolved.Maintains Regulatory ComplianceReviews regulatory compliance information and training to ensure compliance with applicable international and local health & safety regulations and identify & correct gaps.Conducts Auto Crash / Injury Investigations and Follow-upReceives notification of injury or auto crash and works with center management team to discuss severity and the avoidability of the injury / accident.Completes investigation packets to ensure contributing causes and prevention strategies are developed and executed.
