Working within the Children and Families Health Visiting team, you will be expected to contribute to working with colleagues both from health and partner organisations to support families. You will be expected to provide the highest quality, needs led, evidence based care within a designated caseload.We are committed to supporting and developing our staff, facilities and services to provide the highest standard of care. We currently have 1 permanent post. This post provides an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to children and young people’s lives and to work in a dynamic environment.
