About The RoleWe are seeking a Healthcare Application Specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of healthcare applications for our clients in government and private healthcare organizations in Saudi ArabiaYou will manage application workflows, deployment, user training, and ongoing support to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Project ParticipationParticipate in project planning and provide application expertise.Gather and validate customer and contract requirements; perform workflow analysis.Lead application activities: installation, configuration, customization, UAT/testing, quality checks, training content creation, end-user training, coaching, go-live planning, and operation support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical teams and project managers.Support the sales process with technical expertise and product knowledge.Service Support & MaintenanceProvide guidance and technical support to end-users and teams to resolve application-related issues.Analyze system logs, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.Handle support tickets within SLA and ensure proper closure of escalations.Collaborate with vendors and support teams to resolve issues.Introduce new product functionalities and maintain customer service documentation and reports.Experience & Qualifications3–5 years experience in healthcare IT projects, application implementation, and support.Experience with SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL Developer, HL7 Integration, and DICOM configuration.Familiarity with hospital systems (RIS, PACS, LIS, HIS, DMS).Bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Health Informatics, or a related medical/technical field.
