Our provider portal provides the most up-to-date real-time visibility on patient data across various hospitals, clinics and devices etc.We offer a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values creativity, ownership, and continuous learning.The OpportunityColigoMed is seeking a Billing & Accounting specialist to manage and streamline financial operations across our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring accurate revenue forecasting, enrollment eligibility verification, and financial compliance. You’ll work closely with leadership and operations teams to ensure our billing and accounting process is optimized, clean, and audit-ready.As a member of our global team, you will play a key role in shaping the financial operations of a rapidly scaling company that will provide hands-on experience with US Medicare billing, coding, and compliance, while leading projects in automation, reporting, and financial controls. Importantly you will be working in a remote-friendly environment that rewards results and offers fast-tracked career growth.in automation, reporting, and financial controls.As this role provides services to our US business operations and management, a mandatory requirement is to work US business hours (EST). Typically, Monday through Friday between 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST. Key Responsibilities:Eligibility & Revenue Cycle Management:● Verify patient eligibility for RPM and CCM services through payer portals and internal tools.● Estimate monthly revenue based on enrolled patients, historical data, and CPT coding structures.● Predict actual reimbursement figures with high accuracy and monitor real-time revenue trends.● Ensure complete alignment between estimated and actual reimbursements, backed by precise analysis and thorough documentation. Billing & AR Management:● Prepare and send invoices to clients and practices on a timely basis.● Track and manage all Accounts Receivable (AR) with a Net 30 payment cycle.● Reconcile payments received and ensure accurate posting to accounts.● Follow up on pending payments, escalate delays, and generate aging reports regularly. Accounting & Reporting:● Collaborate with external book keeping companies for all overall Revenue and AR related activities.Maintain clean financial records and documentation for audits, compliance, and internal tracking.● Prepare weekly/monthly revenue reports, cash flow projections, and performance dashboards.● Support monthly closing processes and coordinate with external accountants if needed.● Continuously improve billing workflows and contribute to system/process automation.Qualifications and Requirements:● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.● 2–3 years of experience in US healthcare billing specifically in RPM and CCM services is mandatory and experience in accounting operations with a thorough knowledge of US accounting standards is highly preferred.● Knowledge and solid experience in dealing with RPM billing codes (CPT 99453, 99454, 99457, 99458), CCM billing codes (99490 and 99439) and also PCM billing codes (99426 and 99427) is mandatory along with payer rules being highly preferred.● High level proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with billing tools, QuickBooks, or similar software.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.● Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.● Strong commitment to provide uninterrupted services in a remote working environment● Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management and meeting deadlines● Ability for adherence to all relevant privacy regulations, such as HIPAA, and maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and patient information.Working hoursFull time - 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) working an 8-hour shift Note:● A background check will be required● A dedicated work area must be available at home that is separated from other living areas and enables information privacy and professional and confidential work.● Access to a high-speed internet service is mandatory● A laptop and monitor will be provided.
