Healthcare Clinics – Chief Commercial Officer – BANGKOK$$ Great Package $$A great opportunity for a senior Strategy and Commercial leader profile, ideally with Healthcare operating & business expansion experience, to work with a highly acclaimed Private Equity Investor in Bangkok. The firm require a high energy and Healthcare experienced Strategy / Value creation / Revenue acceleration expert to drive growth across Thailand for one of their key investments.The Position:Working closely with the CEO and investors you will shape the strategic growth plan for the coming 5 years.Expand the sales operation, take responsibility for all aspects of revenue growth in the Thai market.Leverage your Doctors and Government contact to create a meaningful referral structure.Review and enhance pricing structures and assist with the roll out of new services.Play a key role on the EXCO, ensuring ROI is achieved.You:8 – 15 Years experience in a Top Tier strategy consulting firm or in a Value Creation role / Operating role in a Private Equity firm or Healthcare Commercial Officer or Chief Growth Officer position.Experience of driving sales and revenue in the Healthcare sector in Thailand is a big advantage.Must have at least 5 + Years experience in the Thai healthcare sector and be based in Bangkok.You will have great communication skills in English and Thai.Demonstrated experience of delivering sales force optimisation in a high growth environment.
