This role blends your clinical expertise with bilingual communication skills to train advanced AI models in the healthcare domain, creating culturally and clinically accurate content in German.Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop, translate, and adapt complex medical concepts into clear, structured rubrics for AI training purposes.Write fluently in both German and English, maintaining precise medical terminology and nuanced expression.Offer insights into German healthcare culture, regulations, and clinical practices to ensure contextual accuracy.Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content quality and ensure alignment with medical standards.Ideal Candidates Should HaveFluency in German and strong command of written and spoken English.Advanced degree (MD or PhD) or equivalent qualification in medicine or a related healthcare field.2–6+ years of professional experience in clinical practice, medical research, or healthcare industry roles.Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills; experience in medical writing, instructional design, or academic publishing preferred.Nice to HavesExperience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.Familiarity with generative AI or machine learning models.More Details About This RoleFully remote and asynchronous — work on your own schedule.Minimum 20 hours/week commitment for around 2 months.Work within a structured project framework with clear goals and collaboration tools.Application & Onboarding ProcessSubmit your resume.Complete an AI-led interview (~15 minutes) assessing your language skills and professional background.If shortlisted, participate in a follow-up AI interview and complete a paid work trial.Receive feedback and onboard to the project.About TaskifyTaskify connects top experts with leading AI labs and organizations pioneering the future.
