Healthcare IT Business Analyst

Position: Healthcare IT Business Analyst Location: 100% Remote (8am-5pm CST)Duration: 12 Months (High likelihood to extend)Start Date: ASAP Job Description:Our Client is going through an initiative where they are working on role-based provisioning. The goal is to standardize the provisioning process and systems across all markets. This will make it easier for managers and leaders across the board to ensure their employees and associates have the correct access to all access and platforms.The Business Analyst will support the role-based provisioning effort that is enterprise wide. This will help leaders ensure their current and future employees are correctly onboarded and given the specific access to applications/platforms that are needed. These business analysts will be responsible for collecting data, sitting in on meetings, taking notes, working with stakeholders, helping create visuals, etc. These BA's will be paired with a technical resource to work towards getting 5 markets ready to go-live by Oct 2026. They need to have the application side of the house knowledge and have very strong communications. Qualifications:3+ years of experience as a healthcare IT business analystFamiliarity with clinical applications from a general senseStrong communication capabilitiesAbility to conduct gap analyses, requirements gathering, and stakeholder interviewsTechnical familiarity: JIRA, Confluence, or something similarUnderstanding of EHR's (Cerner, Epic, Meditech, any of these from a general sense)Analytical skill-sets:Requirements gathering and documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user storiesBusiness process modeling and reengineeringData interpretation and validation
