My client, a leading and growing law firm with a strong reputation in the healthcare and regulatory space, is seeking a talented solicitor (1–5 years PQE) to join their dynamic Healthcare Litigation team.This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of complex and high-profile healthcare litigation matters, including medical negligence, professional indemnity, and regulatory investigations. The role also offers the chance to gain exposure to employment law work within the healthcare sector, providing excellent variety and scope for professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a diverse caseload of healthcare litigation matters.Advising clients on claims management, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.Assisting on employment-related issues within healthcare settings.Collaborating closely with senior lawyers and clients to deliver strategic, high-quality advice.Contributing to business development initiatives within the practice area. About YouQualified solicitor with 1–5 years PQE, ideally with experience in healthcare litigation, medical negligence, or insurance defence.Some exposure to employment law would be advantageous.Strong technical and drafting skills, with an ability to manage files proactively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
