Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist based in Cidade de Maputo, Mozambique. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing medical assistance, conducting emergency medical treatments (EMT), ensuring clear communication with team members and individuals, and facilitating healthcare training sessions. The role also involves ensuring the well-being of the workforce by implementing best practices in occupational health and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.QualificationsProficiency in Emergency Medical Treatment (EMT) and medicine-related knowledgeDemonstrated skills in communication and the ability to facilitate effective interaction across teamsExperience in healthcare training and educationStrong understanding of healthcare standards and occupational health practicesQualifications in healthcare-related fields, such as a degree in Nursing, Medicine, or equivalent certificationsResilience, teamwork, and ability to work in on-site environmentsProficiency in Portuguese and/or local languages would be an added advantage
