This position involves facilitating seamless device installations, guiding staff on proper usage and best practices, and providing on-site support for technical troubleshooting and operational issuesJob Description:Training & Assistance for Nurses & Care TeamsDeliver hands-on training to nurses and caregivers on device operation, maintenance, and interpretation of readingsProvide on-site and remote support to address common device and system issuesSupport nursing teams in performing basic patient reviews for stable patientsOn-Site Troubleshooting & Technical SupportRespond promptly to service requests to resolve device malfunctions or connectivity issuesDiagnose and address minor hardware or software problems, escalating complex cases to the technical support teamReplace or maintain faulty devices to ensure uninterrupted clinical operationsDevice Installation & SetupCoordination with the Installation Team to deploy RPM devices (e.g., sensors, monitors, software systems, etc) at healthcare facilitiesEnsuring proper device calibration, pairing, and network connectivityPerforming initial setup tests to verify full functionality before leaving the site.
