We are looking for an individual with experience of working within in a preadmission setting or an individual with the drive to develop.As a Health Care Support Worker you will need to possess some clinical knowledge and be able to demonstrate the ability to work within a team. You should have good communication skills including IT and the ability to work effectively with patients, carers and other professionals.A flexible approach is required in delivering the activities which may include weekend and evening work.
