As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy-Duty Off-Road Mechanic to join our maintenance team.Position OverviewThe Heavy-Duty Off-Road Mechanic will be responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of heavy-duty off-road equipment. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy-duty off-road equipment including but not limited to haul trucks, loaders, graders, dozers, and excavators.Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.Conduct preventative maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards.Complete field service calls and emergency repairs in challenging off-road environments as required.Maintain accurate and detailed service records.Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, procedures, and company policies.Collaborate with operators, supervisors, and other team members to minimize equipment downtime.Qualifications & ExperienceJourneyperson/Red Seal Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician certification.Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining and repairing off-road or heavy construction equipment.Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated expertise in hydraulic and diesel systems.Experience using diagnostic software and tools.Valid driver’s license (Class 5 as required).Clean Driver AbstractClean criminal recordExcellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to safety.Preferred AssetsExperience in mining, forestry, civil construction considered an asset.What We Offer7&7 RotationAccommodation provided Competitive compensation and overtime opportunities.Comprehensive benefits package.Modern facilities, field service vehicles, and high-quality tools.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A strong safety culture and supportive work environment.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their resume and references through directly to topgunhdltd@gmail.comTOP GUN HD MECHANICAL is an equal opportunity employer.
