The Emotions Regulator will be responsible for providing guidance and support for emotional well-being through evidence-based techniques, responding to client needs with empathy, and actively monitoring emotional patterns. The professional will contribute to the design of resources and programs aimed at enhancing emotional resilience and mental balance for diverse populations while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications Strong communication, active listening, and empathy-driven interaction skillsExperience in emotional coaching, counseling, or wellness program facilitationAbility to analyze and assess emotional patterns, delivering strategic interventionsKnowledge of mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral strategies, or resilience trainingProficiency with digital tools or platforms supporting remote client engagementBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field; advanced certifications are a plusCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical practicesPrior experience in remote consultation or emotional health programs is advantageous
