Role overview:You’ll work directly with the COO, acting as his right hand in the day-to-day management of a live hedge fund. You’ll gain firsthand exposure to capital markets, fund operations, risk management and the regulatory ecosystem, while contributing to real decisions and processes. What you will do:Support day-to-day fund operations Help run dashboards, daily checks, reconciliations Track key tasks and workflows (middle office, custodian, administrator) Conduct cost analysis, support vendor coordination, monitor trends Be involved in Risk, Finance, Compliance Prepare internal logs and reports (risk, finance, compliance) Assist with documentation and follow-ups (onboarding, legal files, contracts) Learn to navigate the fund's regulated environment Coordinate with external providers Communicate with IT, compliance, HR/payroll, accounting vendors Help interface with counterparties prime brokers and other providers Drive internal projects Contribute to automation, process documentation, and tool design Assist in research and benchmarking (e.g. industry practices, regulatory standards) Support the COO on cross-functional tasks requiring rigor and initiative Who we’re looking for:Master’s student in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field Strong sense of responsibility, structure, and follow-through Proficient in Excel; experience with Python is a plus Clear written English, especially for reports or documentation Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn across multiple disciplines Able to work in a regulated, high-standard environment where confidentiality is key Why join us?
