Responsible for interacting with provider offices, either onsite or telephonically to access medical records. The HEDIS Chart Abstractor will possess basic clinical and healthcare knowledge, basic knowledge of NCQA HEDIS abstracting guidelines, with the ability to access medical records (electronic and paper).
