You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth service operation and contributing to an excellent customer experience that reflects M-STAT’s high standards of reliability and innovation.Main ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day interactions and providing exceptional customer support.Address client inquiries, issues, and requests promptly, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Technical Support) to deliver seamless solutions.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to account growth.Monitor account performance, track client satisfaction, and provide actionable insights.Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to advise clients strategically.Must-have skillsAt least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Customer Support, ideally in telecom, messaging, or digital services.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to handle client inquiries and build trust.Problem-solving mindset, able to manage escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and support requests simultaneously.Fluency in English (written & spoken).Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or ticketing tools.Good-to-have skillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.M-STAT offers:A seamless onboarding experienceA competitive compensation packagePrivate health insurance plan (hospital care included)Monthly meal allowanceFlexibility to work remotelyNecessary equipmentFriendly working environmentContinuous learning opportunitiesA personalized training plan for targeted career growthIn-company events and celebrations of company’s achievementsAll applications will be considered carefully and will be treated as strictly confidential.
