We are assisting a leading commercial a boutique law firm seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Associate to join their fast-growing law firm in Athens, Greece. We are interested in speaking to suitable candidates, specifically those with a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in a top-tier law firm or a Big 4 environment.The FirmIs a boutique law firm with a strong and established presence in tax law/tax planning for UHNWIs, estate law, real estate, and corporate law. their client base is predominantly international and high-profile, including shipping families, UHNWIs from Europe, Asia, and the US, as well as foreign top-tier law firms in London, New York and Switzerland. The firm is committed to meeting international standards of quality and professional conduct. The founding partners are highly decorated lawyers with significant academic contributions, including publications in prestigious journals like 'Trusts and Trustees' (Oxford University Press), and hold elite positions such as an Academician of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law (US). They offer a healthy, stimulating work environment with exceptional potential for career growth and exposure to complex, cross-border cases.The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Associate to enhance our capabilities in Tax Law and Real Estate. The successful candidate will work closely with the partners on complex, high-value, and cross-border transactions and advisory matters.Key RequirementsExperience: A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in tax law and real estate.Background: Proven experience gained within a top-tier law firm or a Big 4 professional services firm is highly preferred.Expertise:Strong technical knowledge in Greek and international tax law/tax planning.Experience advising UHNWIs and corporate clients.Solid background in real estate law transactions.Experience in estate law is an advantage.Attributes:Self-disciplined: Ability to manage a demanding workload and prioritise effectively.Career-driven: A genuine ambition to excel and progress within a dynamic firm.Team player: A collaborative approach to working within a close-knit team environment.Language Skills: Excellent command of English is essential (both written and verbal) due to the international nature of the clientele and work.Location: The role is based in Athens, Greece.The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented lawyer who thrives in an intellectually stimulating environment.
