The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced help desk environment, confidently managing 25–35 support incidents per day. They will excel in troubleshooting across Microsoft Office Suite (2013/2016/2019/365), resolving Windows performance and connectivity issues, and supporting a wide range of software applications—training will be provided for commonly used legal tools. Experience with Mac devices is a strong plus, as the firm is introducing Mac as an optional platform for employees. Familiarity with MDM/Intune is preferred, and exceptional customer service is a must.
