Job Title: Help Desk Analyst Location: Onsite Role in Las Vegas, NVDuration: 06+ Months Contract with Possible ExtensionShifts: 5am (1 position), 7am (2 position); 9am (1 position) = 8 hr. shift with 1 hr. lunch• Job Description: Level 1 technical support to end-users regarding the use of computers, networks, and related hardware and software. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. On and off boarding support, customer service, trouble shooting and ability to work with a high volume of calls. Develop help sheets and frequently asked questions lists for end users. Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring computer workstation performance.• Required Skill: Basic IT skills, ability to read and understand technical manuals and procedural documentation, customer service, experience working in a team-oriented & collaborative environment. Great communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.• *Hiring Manager is looking for: a team player, who will ask for help when needed.
