Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Helpdesk Engineer to provide first-level technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent user experience.ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line technical support via phone, email, or in personDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issuesInstall, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheralsSet up and manage user accounts, passwords, and access rightsEscalate complex issues to appropriate support levelsDocument issues, solutions, and support processes in ticketing systemAssist in onboarding and IT setup for new employeesMaintain inventory of IT assets and equipmentRequirements:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field3+ years of experience in a Helpdesk or IT support roleGood knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networkingFamiliarity with Active Directory and Office 365 administrationExperience with ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNow)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyA+ or ITIL certification is a plus
