Microsoft Power Platform Developer (RPA & Power Apps) | Reef HoldingPosition Title: Microsoft Power Platform Developer (RPA & Power Apps)Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:Reef Holding is seeking a skilled and innovative Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement automation and business application solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate (RPA), Microsoft Dataverse, and related Power Platform tools.This role combines automation expertise with low-code application development to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and support digital transformation across multiple departments. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on optimizing operations and enabling data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) aligned with business requirements.Build and maintain RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud Flows to automate repetitive processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate needs into functional solutions.Integrate Power Apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL databases, Microsoft 365 applications, and third-party systems.Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Power Platform solutions to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.Apply best practices for governance, security, and performance optimization.Create and maintain technical documentation, process maps, and user guides.Stay current with new features, updates, and advancements in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.Key Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and preferably Power BI.Strong understanding of process automation (RPA) concepts and workflow design.Proficiency in Power Automate Desktop, Power Apps, and Microsoft Dataverse.Experience working with SQL databases, APIs, and custom connectors.Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams integrations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.Microsoft certifications such as PL-100 or PL-400 are a plus.Preferred Skills:Experience integrating AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, or Copilot capabilities.Familiarity with Dynamics 365.Understanding of RPA governance and enterprise-scale automation frameworks.Why Join Us?At Reef Holding, we are committed to driving digital transformation and operational excellence.
