If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love helping others, and want to grow your IT career — this opportunity is for you. 🚀⚙️ What You’ll Do: As the first line of defense for our clients, you’ll handle everything from ticket triage to system troubleshooting — and collaborate with senior engineers to keep operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:🧩 Rapidly acknowledging and triaging incoming tickets via phone, email, and monitoring tools.💡 Providing Tier 1 support on hardware, software, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 issues.🔄 Managing user access, MFA resets, and device setups for onboarding.🤝 Collaborating closely with L2/L3 engineers and vendors for escalations.💬 Delivering excellent client communication through clear, proactive updates.📚 Documenting solutions, keeping knowledge bases updated, and learning continuously.🔍 Performing QA health checks (backups, security tools, patches, disk usage).🗂️ Assisting dispatch operations and ensuring SLA targets are met.🧠 What You BringExperience (3 years preferred):Hands-on IT support or system administration experience.MSP environment experience is a plus!Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with ticketing tools & remote support platforms.Experience with Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 administration.💬 Excellent communication (written & verbal).🎯 Attention to detail and organization.🤗 Customer-first mindset and professionalism.📘 A hunger to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.Bonus Points For:🖥️ Basic PowerShell scripting.🧠 Experience with EDR/AV platforms.🔐 Awareness of cybersecurity or compliance frameworks (CIS, SOC, etc.).🎓 Education & CertificationsNo formal degree required — what matters most is your skill and attitude!Certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Security+) are a plus but not mandatory.💰 What’s In It For You💵 1000-1500 USD Salary🌐 100% remote position – work from anywhere.🕘 Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST.📈 Clear career growth path and technical mentorship.🎯 Gain hands-on experience in a cybersecurity-first MSP.🌴 Paid time off and professional development assistance (training & certifications).If you’re ready to grow, learn fast, and make an impact every day — we’d love to meet you. ✨ Apply today and join a team that values speed, learning, and collaboration.
