Overview:Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of the world’s largest distributors of healthcare systems, medical supplies & pharmaceutical products, seeks an accomplished Helpdesk / Technical Support Representative.*** Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship *************************************************************************Location: Alpharetta, GA 30009Duration: 5 - 6 months contract w/ possibility of extension or conversion to FTE roleNotes:Pay Rate: $22.00/hr.Work schedule: Mon – Fri, 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM Eastern Time.Hybrid role: candidate must be willing/able to be in office as needed.Job Description:Seeking a customer-focused and technically skilled Product Support Representative to provide first-level support to end users experiencing technical issues.This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.Respond to user inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner.Set expectations for customer follow up if issue is not resolved on first call.Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Pharmacy application, hardware, software, etc.Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions using the help desk ticketing system.Provide excellent customer service and adhere to metrics.Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common enterprise applications.Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Confluence).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Skills Matrix:Critical Thinking & Problem Solving.Customer Service.Ticket/Case Management.**************************************************************************I'd love to talk to you if you think this position is right up your alley, and assure a prompt communication, whichever direction.
