HGV Driver

Join our team as a skilled and reliable HGV Driver! In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the delivery and collection of equipment to and from customer sites.What You Will DoSafely drive HGV’s to transport equipment to and from designated locations including the loading and unloading of the equipment.Conduct pre and post-inspections of equipment in compliance with company policies and regulations.Secure loads properly and safely for transport, adhering to relevant safety standards and procedures.Communicate effectively with the transport department, customers, and colleagues to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.What You Will NeedValid HGV Driver Licence (Category CE) and Driver Qualification Card.Up-to-Date Digi Card and CPC.Previous experience operating HGV vehicles, preferably in a similar role or industry.Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work.Ability to operate navigation systems and applications.Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.KDM Hire Ireland is a professional and dynamic business which has grown to become one of the UK and Ireland’s leading equipment rental companies.
