We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Customer Success department. What Would You Do? As a Project Manager at Hi Auto, you will be responsible for managing the successful execution of large scale pilot launches and ongoing relationships with our clients worldwide.

You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Sales, Field Engineering, Support, Product, and R&D to ensure that all pilot milestones are achieved on time, in accordance with our contractual obligations, and to the client's satisfaction. This is a hybrid position requiring flexibility to work U. S. hours. Key ResponsibilitiesGet things done: Be the internal lead for successful pilot execution.

Liaise with all internal stakeholders, technical, sales and operations to get things done, on time and within budget. Lead our pilots to success: Serve as the main point of contact and escalation point for external corporate clients, providing regular updates on progress, addressing concerns, setting timelines, and managing realistic expectations and deliverables. Be the face of our company: Lead all internal and external meetings. You will represent Hi Auto to our external corporate clients. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives, sharing insights and suggestions to enhance project management practices within the company.

Identify organizational learning opportunities for continuous improvements. Manage a remote team: Lead, mentor, and motivate a remote customer success team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional customer focus. Build relationships: Build lasting professional relationships with customers to create the right trusted environment for a successful joint project execution and business expansion. Qualifications and SkillsNative-level English, both written and verbal. Previous Experience working for startups with American clients. 2+ years experience in Project Management or Customer Success in the SAAS industry. At least two years experience working with and/or managing remote teams.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Act as the voice of the customer, identify and raise improvements opportunities focused on customer satisfaction and sustainable growth. Flexibility to work US hours: Meetings will align with various US time zones due to the nature of our client base.
