You'll work with individuals already interested in our premium programs—and guide them through our proven framework.This role blends project management, sales strategy, and performance tracking in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize the lead acquisition process from initial contact to client qualification. Coordinate with global team members to ensure project milestones are met. Analyze lead data and KPIs to refine strategies and improve conversion rates. Implement process improvements in our acquisition funnels and communication touchpoints. Mentor individuals ready to start their transformational journey, guiding them towards success.Operate independently while leveraging existing systems and best practices for success. Ideal Candidate7+ years in project management, business development, or high-ticket sales roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives. Analytical thinker familiar with CRMs and performance metrics (A/B testing or CRO is a plus). Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
