High Impact, a leading event marketing agency, is seeking an Account Coordinator to support our Account Executives in coordinating all event and activation projects. This is the ideal opportunity for an individual seeking to advance in the industry and gain hands-on experience with brand activations, promotions, and live events. What You’ll Do🔹 Event & Promotions CoordinationAssist in the planning and execution of brand activations, promotions, and events.

Work closely with event producers and logistics teams to ensure flawless execution. Develop and maintain event checklists and timelines to keep projects on track. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and partners to secure necessary resources. Assist in on-site event coordination to ensure all elements come together as planned. 🔹 Client & Account SupportAssist with client communication and account management. Participate in weekly status meetings to ensure alignment between teams. Help manage budgets, estimates, invoices, and reporting for client projects. Support in the creation of presentations and proposals for new business. Maintain photo and video archives from activations for client reporting.

Who You Are✔ 1-2 years of experience in an agency setting, event coordination, or brand activations. ✔ Fully bilingual (English & Spanish) – strong written and verbal communication skills. ✔ Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills. ✔ Tech-savvy, proficient in Apple/Mac systems and event reporting tools. ✔ A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments. ✔ A self-starter who takes initiative and is eager to learn and grow. 🎯 Bonus if you: ✅ Have a background in event logistics, promotions, or activations. ✅ Can manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. ✅ Love the world of live experiences and consumer engagement.
