This role works closely with department heads, users, and the CEO to understand requirements, document processes, and provide actionable specifications for IT and development teams. The manager plays a key role in aligning business goals with technical capabilities and improving operational efficiency. Main ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT/development teams. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes. Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with project teams to plan, monitor, and report on solution delivery. Facilitate requirement validation sessions with users to ensure solutions meet needs. Support testing by working with QA and development teams. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and value. Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors. Ensure that all projects align with business objectives and strategic priorities. Main Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred). Minimum 3 years experience in Business Analysis or related roles, including 2+ years in managerial positions.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), able to engage with senior management including the CEO. Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation. Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management practices. Proficient in business process modeling, documentation tools, and project management software. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
