Industry: MedicalJob Summary: Our client in the medical industry is looking for a highly capable and results-driven Chief Operating Officer to lead the operations of its Healthcare division in Cambodia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pharmaceutical product distribution and a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams. Main Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations including supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and pharmaceutical distribution. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals. Ensure compliance with all Cambodian pharmaceutical regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor teams across departments to drive efficiency and accountability.
Build strong relationships with principals, government bodies, and healthcare partners. Improve commercial performance and support new product launches and market growth. Coordinate with Finance, Sales, HR, and Regulatory Affairs to meet business targets. Monitor KPIs and ensure effective performance management. Main Requirements: At least 5-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution with leadership responsibility. Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA is an advantage). Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics, operations, and compliance in Cambodia. Proven leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
