They are seeking a Head of Leasing to lead the leasing team, manage all leasing activities, and maximize occupancy, rental income, and tenant mix while ensuring compliance and strong tenant relationships. Main Responsibilities: Lead and manage the leasing team, including recruitment, training, and performance development. Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and amendments with tenants. Monitor leasing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Maintain accurate tenant records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making. Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to align leasing activities with business objectives. Build and maintain strong tenant and client relationships to support business growth. Provide management with regular reports on leasing performance and market opportunities. Main Requirements: Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field (Masters preferred). 7+ years of experience in leasing or real estate, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of leasing practices, market dynamics, and financial analysis.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Strategic thinker with problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficient in leasing software and Microsoft Office.
