Manage recruitment and onboarding processes. Implement employee engagement initiatives. Maintain accurate HR data and conduct audits. Handle Compensation & Benefits, leave, insurance, and compliance. Prepare HR reports on demographics, absences, overtime, and turnover.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Foster collaboration with other departments. Perform other tasks as assigned by Head of HR & Admin. Main Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Law, Business, or related field. 3-5 years HR experience. Strong English skills (spoken/written). Proficient in MS Office and HR systems. Professional, honest, and a strong team player. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
