This role ensures the precise and high-quality production of encapsulated products, strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesaMachine Operation & Maintenance: Set up, calibrate, and operate various capsule filling machines. Monitor performance, make adjustments, and perform routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and sanitization. Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and process issues. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct in-process quality checks, including weight verification and visual inspections. Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all relevant regulatory guidelines. Document all production activities and quality control findings accurately. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency gains within the capsule filling process. Assist in developing and revising SOPs and batch manufacturing records.
