Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance processes and procedures for projects in the MENA and Europe regionsEnsure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulationsConduct regular inspections and audits to identify any quality issues and recommend corrective actionsCoordinate with project teams to develop and implement quality plans and proceduresReview and approve project documents, including drawings, specifications, and submittals, to ensure compliance with quality requirementsMonitor and track project progress and report on quality metricsConduct training and provide guidance to project teams on quality control and assurance processesLiaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any quality concerns or issuesParticipate in project meetings and provide updates on quality control and assurance activitiesStay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality control and assuranceQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 8+ years of experience in quality control and assurance in the construction industryExperience working on projects in the MENA and Europe regions is preferredKnowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulationsStrong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentProficient in MS Office and other relevant software
