Job ResponsibilityAssist Senior HR/HR Manager in managing full recruitment cycle. Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment records. Support onboarding process for new hires (offer letter, induction, documentation). Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing. Provide support in other HR functions as needed (employee relations, HR admin). Liaise with government authorities & statutory bodies. Support management in employee engagement & performance management initiatives. Job RequirementsMinimum 3 yearsâ working experience in Human Resources (with strong exposure to recruitment). Degree in HR or related field. Good knowledge of Employment Act & HR practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
