Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain a close relationship with Shopeefood’s merchantsConstruct high level strategic business plans and identify new sources of growthEducate merchants on methods to increase their sales and visibility in ShopeefoodNegotiate deals with merchants and curate dishes for various campaigns, promotion, online marketing and media as requiredAnalyze merchants’ progress, activities, sales performance and initiatives to drive orders and revenueIdentify market gaps and manage pricing strategy, product assortment, and stock availability of merchants in different delivery platformsSecure investment from merchants through campaign cofund programs, media asset package and in store dealsWork closely with internal teams (eg marketing, budget and planning, ops) to ensure good merchants experience with ShopeeFoodRequirementsBachelor’s degree in any field, experience in e-commerce / food delivery industry would be an added advantageStrong analytical skills (proficiency in Excel in required)Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordinglyTeam player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIsExcellent command of English and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) will be an added advantageFresh grads are welcome to apply
