Job Descriptions: Drive sales growth and exceed placement targets by sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent with clients. Assess and understand client hiring needs and requirements to provide targeted recruitment solutions.

Implement strategic recruiting methods to attract top-tier candidates, including job advertising and outreach. Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist the best candidates for each role. Source high-quality candidates through databases, social media, and professional networks. Conduct pre-interview screenings to ensure candidate qualifications and suitability. Match the most qualified candidates to appropriate positions, meeting client specifications. Establish and maintain strong relationships with job seekers, offering professional advice and support.

Prepare candidates for interviews and coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidatesConduct post-interview feedback sessions with candidates and clients, and manage job offer processes and salary negotiationsJoin client meetings and represent Hiredly X professionally and effectivelyGenerate new client leads and present Hiredly X's unique selling proposition effectively. Gain a thorough understanding of clients' businesses and cultures to accurately interpret their resourcing requirements. Build long-term, trusted relationships with new and existing clients by providing valuable information, including salary benchmarks, talent movements, and industry insights. Mentor junior consultants, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and results. Job Requirements:

Dynamic individual with at least three years of work experience in any field or job functionExpertise in recruitment practices, with a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and best practices would be an added advantageStrong sales mindset with a strong determination to succeedFluency or business level of English communicationAbility to work under pressure and a dynamic environmentTeam player, self motivated and resilientExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients and candidates.
