Reporting to a Sr. Research Scientist & the lab technician will support projects across Salty R&D team. The main function of a lab technician is to perform routine laboratory tests. Basic Duties: Perform inspection of incoming ingredients for label accuracy and temperature sensitivity Monitor and sample in process foods for pH, heavy metals, allergens, and temperaturePerform sanitation duties through environmental swabbing and titrationsComputer data entry of test results for proper FDA and USDA documentationCandidates will advance into taking on Document Control, Auditing, and Process Improvement duties with performanceMain Duties:
