Role OverviewAs our Artificial Intelligence Engineer (Marketing), you’ll architect, automate, and optimize digital growth systems powered by data and machine learning.Your daily mission: design smarter campaigns, predict audience behavior, and drive conversions through AI-enhanced insights and precision targeting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead advanced paid marketing strategy across Google Ads and Meta Ads, integrating automation and predictive modeling.Build and manage AI-powered systems for bid optimization, audience segmentation, and creative performance prediction.Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Meta Advantage+, Google Smart Bidding) to enhance copywriting, creative testing, and targeting logic.Analyze large datasets (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion paths) to uncover scalable growth patterns.Create intelligent workflows that automate A/B testing, reporting, and campaign optimization.Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to align AI insights with human storytelling.Manage and scale paid media budgets efficiently, delivering sustainable growth and profit.Stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI ad tech trends, and platform innovations — applying them before the market catches up.Requirements4–7+ years of experience in performance marketing, AI-driven advertising, or growth automation.Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and conversion tracking (GA4, Pixel, Conversion API).Solid understanding of data science fundamentals: regression, clustering, attribution, and model-driven forecasting.Proven ability to manage monthly ad budgets of 17K $+ (or equivalent) with consistent ROI.Strong Python/SQL/automation workflow skills (preferred but not required).Experience using or integrating AI tools for ad generation, targeting, or performance analytics.Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset — comfortable experimenting, learning fast, and scaling results.
