Join Our Team!The opportunity We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Document Controller to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who values collaboration, innovation, and making a meaningful impact. How You'll Make An ImpactManage and distribute documentation requirements to project stakeholders, ensuring proper version control and compliance with company procedures. Set up and manage documentation management systems and processes, prepare and update progress reports, and monitor document delivery performance. Develop project-specific documentation management processes, engage with project teams and clients, and monitor document management work packages. Support and guide colleagues on documentation control issues, providing coaching to less experienced team members.

Contribute to process enhancements related to document management and efficiently apply the document management system. Your backgroundKnowledge in documentation management, this can have been obtained through work experience. Experience in managing projects/processes and working independently. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues. Fluent in Norwegian, both spoken and written.
