该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、负责海外视频平台的运营，具体包括视频方向定位、选题策划、脚本写作、拍摄剪辑、运营执行、跟踪推广效果和整理分析数据并反馈等； 2、结合海外市场推广计划，确定视频运营的基调和整体风格，多维度推广视频平台，持续保持活跃度和关注度上升，扩大公司品牌影响力，吸引潜在客户； 3、及时掌握行业资讯和研究热点，不断研究视频运营手段与推广模式。 岗位要求： 1、具有生物学背景与英语读写能力优先； 2、对短视频制作有持续兴趣，擅长多种风格，具有视频类账号运营工作经验1-2年者优先； 3、熟悉海外各视频平台，具备独立选题策划能力，脚本写作、拍摄剪辑及后期制作；4、逻辑思维清晰，优秀的沟通技巧和表达能力。
