Our client, a financial affiliate of a major wholesale supplier in China, is seeking for a proactive BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST. Working Time: Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMSalary: Max 30.000.000 VND Gross (no incentive)Contract: 12 months (2-month probation, possibly extendable)Area: HN (Remote) ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to cross border e-commerce merchants in need of financing solutions.Sales & Business Development: Present and sell lending products, support deal closure, and meet sales targets.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term engagement.Market Insights & Collaboration: Stay updated on industry trends and coordinate with internal teams to align strategies.Reporting & Administration: Maintain CRM records and regularly report performance and pipeline updates.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles in e-commerce or finance.Familiarity with lending products and cross-border e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify).Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Decent English or Chinese communication.
