Holding Accountant

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a strong accounting background and a passion for process optimization and reporting excellence? We are currently looking for a Holding Accountant to take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations and reporting activities for the holding entity of our client. 🔍 Your Key ResponsibilitiesCore Accounting & OperationsProcess financial transactions including purchase orders, invoices, and bank entriesManage expense claims, credit card reconciliations, and bi-monthly payment runsOversee payroll coordination (NL and FR), liaising with external providers and internal teamsMaintain documentation and implement internal financial controlsMonth-End Closing & ReportingLead monthly closing activities and ensure accurate P&L and Balance Sheet reportingConduct variance analysis (YoY, MoM, vs. Budget) and deliver cost center reportingCollaborate with external auditors and support internal auditsPlanning & Forecasting (FP&A)Support budgeting and forecasting processes for the HoldingPrepare monthly cash flow forecasts in coordination with TreasuryDeliver management insights via KPIs and operational reportingTax & ComplianceManage tax deadlines, filings, and accounting compliance with local regulationsLiaise with external advisors for tax computations and reporting✅ What You BringDegree in Accounting, Finance, or similar; ACCA/ CA/ RA/CPA is a plusExperience in financial operations within a corporate or holding environmentStrong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with payroll and tax processesOrganized, communicative, and proactive approachInterested to learn more?
