Join us for CLD's Holiday House Event!This multi-brand experience will bring together some of the most exciting names in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. All wrapped up in a festive holiday celebration. Attendees will include VIP guests, macro-influencers, celebrities, and media professionals, creating a one-of-a-kind behind-the-scenes opportunity for interns to witness and contribute to a top-tier activation.CLD’s previous event experiences featured collaborations with standout brands such as ColourPop, Thats So Fetch, Windsor, Lilly Lashes, Haus Labs, Béis, Skylar, Kate Somerville, Celsius, and many more! All recognized for their style, innovation, and strong influence in their industries. Interns gain hands-on experience helping produce a visually compelling, buzzworthy event, while networking directly with brand representatives, executives, and industry leaders.POSITION SUMMARY:This event will be taking place at CLD PR's DTLA office and in West Hollywood from Wednesday, December 3rd to Saturday, December 6th — hosted at a stunning four-star hotel with sweeping views, the perfect setting to celebrate the holiday season.📍Event Dates & LocationsPrep Day 1Wednesday, December 3rdLocation: CLD PRShift Time: 10AM - 6:30PMPrep Day 2Thursday, December 4thLocation: West HollywoodShift Time: 8AM - 6PMYou’ll assist with event setup and production, merchandising brand displays, organizing and managing event inventory, styling photo moments, and providing general support to our lead event producers. These are full, hands-on days that involves both creative and logistical work to get the venue ready.Event DayFriday, December 5thLocation: West HollywoodShift Time: 8AM - 7PMTasks may include guest check-in, ushering guests, assisting with product selection and content creation, restocking the floor with product, and providing general production support to ensure the event runs smoothly. You may also help guide guests through different activation areas or assist with quick touch-ups to keep displays looking photo-ready. Roles will be assigned the day of by our lead event producer.Strike DaySaturday, December 6thLocation: CLD PRShift Time: 10AM - 1PM You’ll assist with post-event production tasks, including dismantling signage and backdrops, organizing and storing event supplies, managing inventory of event materials, and providing administrative support such as contributing to post-event reporting or recap documentation. These are full, hands-on days where you’ll gain valuable experience in seeing how an event is wrapped, learning the behind-the-scenes process that brings everything full circle.Why Join Us?Gain hands-on experience working alongside seasoned industry leaders from the brands, as well as CLD PR's CEO and Senior PR & Event Teams. Great energy, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn all aspects of event execution are a must.While it is not required to work all shifts, working multiple shifts will be encouraged and will 100% be more likely to be chosen for this role.PLEASE NOTE: The position is volunteer.
