With a strong focus on delivering exceptional travel experiences, we are a trusted choice for holiday packages.About The RoleAs a Product Development Manager, you will be part of a whip-smart team responsible for driving and building innovative products to support growth and increase revenue business metrics for a particular destination.This is a high-impact role, where you will be responsible for the growth and success of the destination/category. The role encompasses managing critical metrics such as orders, GMV, and NPS, with the support of cross-functional teams, including marketing, revenue, and operationsWhat will you be doing:Strategic InitiativesManaging the entire product life cycle for your destination from planning to execution.Building holiday product portfolio roadmap for geographical region / travel themes by understanding the latent demand.Creating holiday travel products based upon consumer insights/needs, which would include various critical aspects like experience sought, average spending capacity, food and travel preferences etc.Defining destination product vision and strategy and source market opportunities.Owning destination revenue roadmap basis price benchmarking and cost optimization through supply advantage.CollaborationCollaborate and manage interaction with cross-functional teams to drive destination agenda with multiple functions like Sales, Contracting, Marketing, Finance etc.Marketing UnderstandingEvaluating market competition and positioning the product line to appeal to the relevant travelling cohort (Holiday Customers).Qualification & ExperienceA master’s degree from a reputed institute, along with 2 to 4 years of experience in managing a category within internet/ e-commerce/ travel organizations or a similar role.Key Success Factors For The RoleExcellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with meticulous attention to detail.Ability to understand and derive insights from data leading to increased revenue and business improvement.Enhancement of customer experience metrics such as Net Promoter Score
