Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Home Appliances Technician with a valid driving license. The technician will be responsible for delivering high-quality repair, maintenance, and installation services for domestic appliances. Key responsibilities include diagnosing faults, providing solutions, replacing faulty components, testing and commissioning appliances, and ensuring customer satisfaction with service delivery. Maintaining accurate records of service activities and adhering to safety guidelines will also be crucial parts of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various domestic appliances, including washing machines, refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers.Technical expertise in maintenance procedures and the ability to use tools and equipment effectively for installation and repairs.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for identifying and addressing technical issues efficiently.Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally and effectively with clients.Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.Experience and knowledge of working with Bosch appliances or other international brands is an asset.A technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or a related field is preferred.
